1. Must be 18 years or older to participate. 2. Twin Lakes Improvement Association board members, Raffle Committee members and their immediate households are not eligible to participate. 3. Prize will not be awarded in cash. 4. Prize winner is responsible for any income taxes, sales taxes, license fees, registration fees, insurance, title transfer fees, any other transfer fees and taxes imposed for the title and possession transfer. 5. Prize winner must provide TLIA with a request for Identification Number and Certification (Form W-9) prior to title transfer. 6. No fewer than 1,000 and no more than 3,000 tickets will be sold. If fewer than 1,000 tickets are sold, all ticket purchases will be refunded. In the event that fewer than 1,000 tickets are sold, TLIA will have no responsibility beyond the refund of the ticket purchase price. 7. The official drawing will be held at Twin Lakes Village, 5416 W Village Blvd, Rathdrum, ID on August 2, 2024, at 8 pm. 8. In the discretion of TLIA an affidavit of eligibility may be required prior to the prize title transfer. 9. State gaming laws prohibit residents of Hawaii, Kansas, New Jersey, Utah, and Washington from purchasing raffle ticket online. Montana residents are required to pay with a debit card, cash, or check. Credit cards may not be used by Montana residents. 10. Due to United States Postal Service regulations and federal laws – no raffle tickets, payments, or entry forms may be sent via United State mail. 11. The raffle offer is void where prohibited by law.
